Primer Annealing Temperatur Calculator

di Tufo 2004, 'Aruca'

100% Negroamaro from the southern Apulia, specifically the western part of Lecce province where Az. Agr. Santi Dimitri cultivates a wide range of Puglia varieties from 60 acres.

Beautiful, deep red color with a brownish ripening traits. The scent is warm and rich with boiling blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, dry wood, English liquorice, scrub appointed tones of nybrækket branch and leaf and licked fadtoner: Rubber, honing, vanilla, cloves. With (very much) air comes from delicious smell of smoke and fresh leather upper, sweet liqueur-like dark berries.

scent is the ripe fruit and restrained fadomsvøb right endearing and promises a lot. Taste live only partially up to it -
pickled plums tarred tobacco dark licorice and an excellent acid which has greenish-bitter succession, almost like the beech leaves. There are nice bite in the prelude to the finals, but it unleashes fast grip and tannin are lax. The finish on the other hand ok length and warm dark berry.

combination the dark, heavy drag on the one hand and the green-bitter on the other gives an impression in fine balance, like the ripe fruit and faded sweetness is kept well in check by the acid. It is a soft, ripe and pleasant wine that has high drinkable and how structural elements are well present - but there is little grip and focus in all of them. Maybe they had it for a year or two ago? The nose pulls up, mouth down. Carlo Merolli seller.
