What Is A Stroke More Condition_symptoms

2006 Saracco Riesling 2008

Paolo Saracco Castiglione Tinella east of Barbaresco district has a total of 46 hectares. Saracco is especially famous for his versions of Moscato d'Asti, which many believe is among the best ever. There is also produced from pinot noir, chardonnay and 6000 bottles of this riesling from Graffagno Mark. Stores 11 months on steel tank sur lie .

Very dark brown color, we are completely over to the æblejuicede (!). Very special and intense nose, where sur-lie aging really is pronounced with tons of roasted hazelnuts, fried butter, heavy resin, aged pecorino and paint on top of fruit over ripe lemon and apple with dark, earthy minerality.
the palate there are fine micro-beads on the tongue and strong, broad acid together with the fruit, which is dominated by apple, lemon and lime. Quality fruit with good concentration, especially to begin with. One should not expect crisp and focused as in German riesling, but the elements - fruit, acidity and minerality - are all the house and balances well. Liquorice and a little mint dolls up toward finish and acid is persistent in the finish, where they nøddede pull emerge again. Medium length.

A delicate riesling and different experience, and if one is elegant and mature white wine (/ champagne) in the sur-lie-style, with its distinctive nutty toast and features you are totally on here. Will probably not please everyone, but I personally have a hard time keeping especially the nose away from the glass.
Fascinating wine with very special character and mature complexity - will play brilliantly together with salads with nuts, hard cheeses or dishes with saffron. Carlo Merolli import Saracco and of Riesling here also 09'eren which could be interesting to try for comparison. 85 kr
