Stomach Pains More Condition_symptoms

NV Jean Vessella, Champagne Brut Reserve

Like you can not really drink Bolgheri without being Bordeaux in mind, it's hard not to think of Champagne when you taste Italy spumantevine; today is a truly Mademoiselle Online.

Jean Vessel is a small récoltant-manipulant with 11 ha in Bouzy, right in the Champagne district. Their Non Vintage Brut Réserve is made of 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay. Most are quite young and a small proportion (10-15%) have matured. This simultaneity of fresh fruit and nuances of aged ditto is quite significant and a bit strange but not unattractive.
Light, yellow-white color with moderate head. Delicious, fresh nose with excellent depth and intensity. Characterized by marked orange (shell), lemon / lime, green apples and fresh hazelnuts along with bacon and toasted bread underneath.
Lime, apple and fresh nøddehinde in flavor, which is round and simple with a very delicate mouthfeel. Closer to extra dry than extra brut, but fruit acid have strength and good concentration and a really nice width to match the round, slightly sweet fruit of a fine way.

Lovely and fresh Champagne with character and good balance, and that has occurred of greatness - but no more than that. 249 million in Vinoble .
