Heel Spurs More Condition_symptoms

2006 Domaine Leon Boesch Gewürztraminer Grand Cru 2004 Domaine La Zinnkoeple

We had a visit tonight. A visit to always share the family into two camps. One half delighted guests while the remainder is less amused. We have found some sort of consensus on these visits. They are tolerated as long as there is the issue of overnight stays, they do not become too frequent, and no older relatives of the guest is included.

I like visits, even if the clients in question are very fussy in terms of wine-selection. In fact, I never managed to make him really happy. Gamle Ole is a great character with strong views when it comes to wine.

Tonight I tried a bottle 2006 Domaine Leon Boesch Gewürztraminer Grand Cru Zinnkoeple. Domaine Leon Boesch in Soultzmatt powered by Gerard Boesch and his son Matthieu. Gerard is the eleventh generation wine grower. The property includes 13 hectares under vines of which 2.5 is the grand cru-chips. The cultivation is organic and applying traditional methods with natural fermentation and storage of large, old oak barrels.

The wine is golden yellow, almost orange in color. The scent is really classic Gewurz. Intense aromas of Lychee and other tropical fruits in a slightly over-ripe stage. Here is a good layer of honey and clear tones of ginger and other spices.

taste is also the incredibly intense. Tropical fruit and honey takes possession of the oral cavity. Good grapes and, thankfully, the grape variety good acidity that balances the residual sweetness. Long powerful and hot spirit to taste with little bitterness and ginger.

This is a really powerful and mighty gewurztraminer. Alcoholic is 5.15 well packed percent. It could easily be too much but it works thanks to good acid. Nothing I want to drink large quantities of but one of aged Danbo it is not so easy to find a more suitable companion.

Available in order selection or in Danish Emilie wine
